Recruitment Options

We offer three options for recruiting personnel which means we tailor our service to best cater for your needs be they flexible and short term with a contract/freelance consultant or the more long-term, secure option of a new permanent member of staff to join your team or a combination of both these options.

Contract Recruitment

Magenta's Contract Division is the 'flag ship' of our organization, with established industry contacts and supply relationships. There is a combined experience of more than 30 years in contract recruitment within the company, enabling us to offer informed consultancy whatever your contract requirement may be.

* Consultants work on an hourly rate, for a specified duration with options to extend.
* Magenta takes complete responsibility for all tax and legal requirements.
* Clients only pay for the hours worked - month end invoices are supported by signed timesheets.

Permanent Recruitment

With the need increasing demand for qualified and experienced Permanent staff Magenta has found that as we focused on our Permanent Division our relationships with our Clients have both strengthened and increased in numbers, offering our Clients an effective tool for filling full time posts.

* No Cure no Pay means no upfront costs for search and selection
* The Fee for permanent placements is paid only after the candidate has completed their probationary period (30 days).
* Full assistance with tax rulings and work permits (where necessary)
* Magenta's search and selection fee is flexible and based of the annual salary, billable upon successful commencement of the candidate.

Contract to Permanent Recruitment

A combination of Magenta's existing Recruitment Services, this package was introduced to offer flexibility to both Client and Candidate, especially useful in the current market. Our ongoing Support Service ensures the Candidate is supported throughout the process.

* Based on an initial contract basis of 3-6 months with the option to offer the Candidate a permanent position at the end of this time.
* Allowing Client and Candidate time to assess personalities, career aspirations and each other's suitability.
* During the contracted period Client only pays or hours worked - monthly invoices are supported by Client signed timesheets.
* After a 6 months contract the candidate can pass to the Client free of charge, a fee will be charged where the contract duration shorter than 6 months.
